The Garden Party Band is currently on hiatus, but is planning to come back
again after the New Year, this time on Saturday nights.
Playing everything from classic rock and old standards to jazz and country,
Garden Party Band has been getting people to groove since May 6, 2002.
This group, made up solely of health care professionals, play
Wednesday nights at Harry's. But they don't just play great music. They are
responsible for raising thousands of dollars for worthwhile medical
causes. Each "gig" is aimed at helping an individual or organization in need.
The group talks about the charity for the night, passes around a tip jar,
and at the end of the night all the money goes to the chosen charity.
